PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suction or injection of high-viscosity liquid while suppressing the invasion to the living body to a lower level by providing a suction and injection pump capable of exhibiting a sufficient transfer quantity to the high-viscosity liquid while using an extremely fine suction and injection pipe. SOLUTION: This pump is so constitute that the high-viscosity liquid may be effectively sucked and injected by housing an extremely fine rotating body into a cylindrical needle body and actively transferring the liquid by the mechanical constitution of the rotating body. As a result, the diameter of the pipe may be made smaller and the invasion to the living body may be suppressed to the lower level.
