PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving operability and easily recognize a situation of a handicapped person, by constituting a tricycle by disposing front wheels to right and left part of a front part of a body and a rear wheel to a center of a rear part of the body. SOLUTION: This tricycle 1 for handicapped person is constituted such that two wheels are disposed to a front side and one wheel is disposed to a rear side, and a seat part 2 on which a handicapped person sits is disposed above right and left front wheels 15, 15. The tricycle 1 is provided with an operation part 5 which comprises: a driving part 4 rotating a chain 16b by depression of a pair of right and left pedals 16 thereby transmitting a power to a rear wheel 17; a handle 9, a brake 10; and a saddle 11. The seat part 2 has a recessed seat 18 comprised of right and left arms 19, a backrest 6, a footrest 8 and the like. The tricycle 1 is steered with an operation of the handle 9, by turning the seat part 2 in a direction of rotation of a connecting shaft connecting the seat part 2 with a front wheel steering part 3 and disposed at a central lower part of the seat part 2.
