PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the total structure and to reduce a manufacturing cost by combining a floor panel, a wall panel and a ceiling panel respectively formed by connecting plural heat insulating panels, providing such heat insulating panel with a heat insulating material between a surface material and a back material, and forming male and female engagement parts on left and right side end surfaces. SOLUTION: The floor panel 10 is placed on a lower frame 15, the wall panel 20 is stood on the lower frame 15 along an outer periphery of the floor panel 10, and the ceiling panel 30 is supported by the wall panel 20. The floor panel 10, the wall panel 20 and the ceiling panel 30 are respectively formed by connecting plural heat insulating panels DP, DP, etc., in flat. Each heat insulating panel DP is formed by combining a surface material such as a color steel plate or the like, a back material, a heat insulating material placed between the surface material and the back material, and a sealing material for closing both left and right sides of the surface material and the back material. The heat insulating panels DP, DP can be connected to each other through male and female engagement parts thereof.
