PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module, wherein installation on a heat source is easy, even under low installation pressure for installation in high density while thermoelectric conversion efficiency is improved, with the entire thermoelectric power-generating device being compact. SOLUTION: At least two pairs of p-type and n-type thermoelectric semiconductors 1 arranged alternately in a single line, insulating layers 2 which are provided between adjoining in line direction, thermoelectric semiconductors 1 for combining them and where a part protruding beyond the width of thermoelectric semiconductor is formed at least at part among a plurality of parts, an electrode 3 formed at high-temperature end and low-temperature end of the thermoelectric semiconductors 1, so that alternately arranged p-type and n-type thermoelectric semiconductors 1 are electrically connected in series, and a lead end electrode 4 formed at the thermoelectric semiconductor 1 at both ends in line direction, are provided.
