PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of transmission when the distance of transmission is fixed, sharply increase the distance of transmission when the speed of transmission is fixed, and eliminate the need for a separate line dedicated to power supply. SOLUTION: Line units 5, 5 each comprise a cylindrical metallic-film outer conductor 3, formed by sticking a metallic film onto a surface of an inner insulator 2 provided on an inner conductor 1 and an outer insulator 4 provided on the cylindrical metallic-film outer conductor, and the line units 5, 5 are twisted together by two pairs. A thickness (t) of the cylindrical metallic-film outer conductor is made corresponding to be substantially equal to a thickness presented by skin effect at the upper limit of frequencies used.
