PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the drive capability of a sense amplifier and to improve the amplifying speed without increasing the chip size when a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a sense amplifier amplifying a minute signal. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a source connected to a power source line, a driving circuit 5 including transistor 11 having a drain, a sense amplifier AMP connected to a drain and amplifying a minute signal, and a control circuit 41 giving control voltage exceeding power source voltage and controlling the transistor 11.
