<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw out a required length of wet towel and to use it by providing a drawing-out means for pressing the woven material of towel and drawing out it, a cutting means for cutting it by prescribed length, a water supplying means for spouting water to the towel and sensing means for sensing the length of the woven material of towel. SOLUTION: When the length of towel is set and a device starts operation, the first sensing means 47 of the drawing-out means 7 transmits a signal to a control means immediately before drawing-out towel by prescribed length, the control means receives the signal and a second electric motor 15 connected to a rotary cutter 43 is driven. A rotary cutter shaft 44 is rotated only one time so that the second sensing means 51 senses the end of one rotation in the rotary cutter shaft and transmits the signal to the control means and, then, the control means stops the second electric motor 15.</p> |
