PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a desired thickness for a pulp mold without increasing the annexing quantity of pulp and also without decreasing efficiency in production by a method wherein a pulp slurry including a bulking agent is used as a base material and the pulp mold is produced after such a base material is processed for squeezing out water for forming a mold and dried. SOLUTION: A pulp mold is produced in a way wherewith general waste papers such as ones derived from newspaper, fine coated paper, corrugated board and the like are processed with a disintegrator and formed into a reclaimed pulp slurry and after the reclaimed pulp slurry is transferred successively to a screening process and a washing process, molding is made by a method of wet suction molding and drying is applied thereafter. A bulking agent is added after the pulp mold is treated at a dehumidification process, the screening process and the washing process, and agitation is applied sufficiently. The bulking agent means such a papermaking agent which increases one or more degrees regarding paper thickness, whiteness and opaqueness, and a compound having, for instance, a 4% or more of specified degree of separability of water is mentioned as the agent.
|
