PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction for revetment slope protection capable of realizing the revetment functions as well as the effective utilization of a revetment wall located below the water surface level. SOLUTION: Two-stage second revetment block 24 located below the water level and six-stage first revetment block 12 located above the water surface are connected together, and a revetment wall 28 is constituted from below the water surface to the above the water surface of the face of slope 11. And a construction for revetment slope protection having a shape of level difference is built on the face of slope 11 of a river. Sediment is flowed to the inside of a housing space 17 of the revetment block of each first revetment block 12, and required revetment function is achieved. Plants such as trees, lawn, flowers or the like are planted in the sediment. Water enters from passage holes 27 of the second revetment block 24 to a space 25, and aquatic animals also enter and fish reefs are constituted by a plurality of the second revetment blocks 24.
