PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat pad of seat for automobile, a method for molding the seat pad, and a die for molding the seat pad wherein a good riding quality and improved stability can be given to a driver and the manufacturing cost of a seat for automobiles can be reduced. SOLUTION: With respect to pads 6, 8 of a seat 1 for automobile, insert pads 6b, 8b each having a hardness lower than that of main pads 6a, 8a are provided on a part of a seating surface 6a1 of the main pads 6a and a part of a backrest surface 8a1 of the main pad 8a, respectively. Thus, the hardness of a part of each of the pads 6, 8 can be made lower than that of the insert pads 6b, 8b, while the hardness of the other part of each of the pads 6, 8 can be made higher by means of the main pads 6a, 8a. Therefore, the hardness of a desired portion of each of the pads 6, 8 can be made lower by means of the pads 6b, 8b, while the body of a driver can be stably supported by a portion of higher hardness of each main pad 6a, 8a.
