SOLUTION: Both a vinyl wrapping cloth 2 provided with a center opening 1 and frame 3 made of corrugated cardboard to support the vinyl wrapping cloth 2 are provided, and a hole 1 is provided with a drain hose 5 to constitute a hair washstand 4.
