PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel securedly unifiable with a fishing rod and mounted with a rod clamp being no hindrance even when used by hand. SOLUTION: This fishing reel mounted with a rod clamp is so designed that the clamp body 8 where the rod clamp B is bent in a nearly U-shaped fashion to afford a structure capable of holding a fishing rod and both sides of the clamp body 8 or respective engagement members 9 connectedly mounted on both sides of the clamp body 8 are made detachable from the frame 1 of this fishing reel A.
