PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify wire harness, lighten a weight, and improve productivity by mounting engine control parts such as various kinds of sensors, an engine control circuit, a circuit protecting parts, and a power supply distribution board, and covering the engine control parts with an engine cover. SOLUTION: An engine cover 67 of an engine is composed of an engine cover upper part 69 and an engine cover lower part 71, and a circuit box fixing part 73 is protruded to a lower surface of the engine cover upper part 69. A circuit box fixing part 89 is disposed on an upper surface of the engine cover lower part 71, and a circuit box 45 which is divided into two parts vertically is attached to the fixing part 89. An engine control circuit 11, a circuit protecting parts 15, a power supply distribution board housed in the circuit box 45 other than engine control parts (an ignition coil, an injector, a various kinds of sensors 7 such as an O2 sensor), are attached in an engine cover 67 so as to form an engine integrated type controller.
