摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of pressure loss without lowering separation capacity when a plurality of components contained in a raw liquid is separated by a chromatographic separation method. SOLUTION: In a chromatographic separation method, one unit packed bed 6 packed with an adsorbent with a large mean particle size and a plurality of unit packed beds 1-10 packed with an adsorbent with a small mean particle size are connected so as to form a closed loop allowing a liquid to flow endlessly. In this closed loop system, operation for supplying a raw liquid to the unit packed bed packed with the adsorbent having a large particle size to draw a predetermined component out of the system and operation for supplying a desorbed liquid to either one of the unit packed beds 1-10 to draw a predetermined component out of the system are performed while taking the mass balance of the supply of the raw liquid and the supply of the desorbed liquid.
