PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of performing cutting, crushing under pressure and loading of a waste material in a consecutive work and capable of finely cutting and crushing the waste material under pressure in a form like chip. SOLUTION: In the crusher provided with a pair of upper and lower jaw members and opening and closing the upper jaw member 3 against the lower jaw member 4, the pair of upper and lower jaw members are provided with a side cutter blade for holding the shearing the waste material at respective inside edges of left and right side plates and projections 13 and 19 for crushing the waste material under pressure in the jaw member at respective base plate inner side surfaces facing each other. An intermediate cutter blade 20 is provided projectingly at the upper jaw member 3, and a slit through which the intermediate cutter blade 20 penetrates is formed at the lower jaw member 4. The tip of the intermediate cutter blade 20 is made a little shorter than the tip of the upper jaw cutter blade so that the tip strikes the waste material in the state in which both side cutters of the upper and lower jaw members strain the waste material.
