PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for continuously producing concrete, in which concrete having high quality can be produced continuously for a short time by continuously supplying e.g. necessary material and kneading it. SOLUTION: In a screw mixer 11, a screw provided with paddles 14 for kneading is equipped in the inside of a casing. A long opening is formed in the upper part of the casing from one end side to the other end side and a discharge port is formed in the other end side. Material for forming mortar is charged from a plurality of charging parts 15-17 and mortar is firstly kneaded. Then, crude aggregate is charged through the other charging part 18 near to the discharge port side from these charging parts and made to concrete. Furthermore, this concrete is charged into kneading box devices 20 and passed through a plurality of deformed parts, in which the shape of a section is continuously changed from the inlet part thereof toward the outlet part, and also passed through a converging dividing means provided between an inlet part and an outlet part and kneaded.
