PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle thread eyelet device for a hole darning machine, capable of changing the delivery of a thread during sewing. SOLUTION: This device comprises a needle bar thread guide provided between a thread take-up lever for pulling out and pulling up a needle thread and a needle bar through which the needle thread is passed inside from the upper part, and engaged with the needle thread therebetween, an actuator for changing the position of the needle bar thread guide to change a needle thread passage and a control means for driving the actuator in a preset area for eyelet hole darning.
