PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drug resistance gene capable of improving transformation efficiency of a fungus forming a fruit body. SOLUTION: This gene is obtained by creating a drug resistance gene 1 from a gene forming a fruit body. By including the drug resistance gene 1 into a vector 2 and introducing into a fungus 12 forming another fruit body with an exogenote 11, the fruit body-forming fungus 12 is transformed at a higher level of expression than one into which a vector including a drug resistance gene not originating from a fungus forming a fruit body is trans-duced. More colonies 18 transformed by the exogenote 11 and survivable on a plate 17 forming a medium including the drug can be obtained thereby. Consequently, the fungi transformed by the exogenote are easily classified by the drug and improving transformation efficiency of the fungi forming the fruit body is possible. |
