PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the positional relation (correspondence) of the mapping data with the anatomical shape of a heart, to accurately specify a target region of the ablation treatment, and to perform the accurate navigation to the target part in the high frequency ablation treatment of the catheter base progressed with the electrophysiologic mapping method of a heart based on the catheter. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transmitter 52 or a receiver is provided near a catheter electrode, and position of the electrode is measured on the basis of a time difference of the transmission of the ultrasonic wave between the ultrasonic transmitter or the receiver and three or more vibrators of an ultrasonic probe, and positional relation is made to correspond to each other, and a three-dimensional mapping image in a color having permeability is attached to a three-dimensional projection image of an inner film surface of a left ventricle. With this structure, a condition that the inner film surface of the ventricle repeats shrinkage/expansion is displayed in a rear side of the three-dimensional mapping image in real time. |
