PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water apparatus causing to stop the supply of an ozone water by detecting a disorder of an exhaust fan or an exhaust channel. SOLUTION: An exhaust fan 14 in an ozone gas sucking exhaust system 13 and an ozone generating device 32 are caused to start the operation in accordance with a fixed monitoring program when a flow sensor 25 detects a supply of a feedwater into an ejector 31. The exhaust fan 14 and the ozone generating device 32 are caused to terminate the operation when the suyply of the feedwater is stopped. When a limit switch 18 still remains off due to that a pressure board 19 is not subject to exposure to an air pressure even after 5 to 10 minutes has passed since the exhaust fan 14 and the ozone generating device had started operation, the exhaust fan 14 and the ozone generating device 32 are caused to terminate the operation deeming that termination of the operation of the exhaust fan 14, any disorder such as lowering of exhaust gas volume, or a clogging or a failure of the exhaust channel has occurred.
