PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly take out an adhesive-backed material from a roll deformed in cup shape with an extremely simple design by guiding the material from the roll to a distributing device located in a proper position on a surface located under through a guide roller during the distributing operation. SOLUTION: A rotary pin 21 is provided on the terminal part of a retaining means 2 on the opposite side to a pin 11. A roll 4 is pressed onto a wheel. The roll 4 is formed of a material 41 particularly adhesive-backed in one side and comprises a core 42. In the distribution of the adhesive tape 41 from the roll 4, the adhesive tape 41 is precisely located in a desired position of a surface located under by use of a sliding block 6. The adhesive material 41 is passed on the sliding block 6 and a guide roller 5 and precisely located in a proper position on a desired body by a distributing edge 62. Accordingly, the distribution from the roll 4 deformed in cup shape can be performed.
