PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record images of a high resolution without deteriorating an image quality by preventing generation of stripe patterns because of a density difference. SOLUTION: According to the recording method, recording dots is carried out by a plurality of the number of times with shifting a position in a line direction for an equal recording medium, thereby recording images of a high resolution. In this case, ink discharge is tested for various kinds of recording papers, and a relationship of a printing interval time U (mm/sec) at a boundary where stripe patterns are generated because of a density difference, and an ink absorption speed (t) (pl/msec) is set to hold U=2.04xt-0.87, that is, as indicated by a graph g1, and a printing interval time Ux (mm/sec) for preventing generation of stripe patters is set to satisfy Ux<U. |
