WHEEL SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the movement characteristics of a vehicle by mounting turnably wheels assigned to a wheel suspension system on a wheel carrier by at least one arm and mounting this wheel carrier on a mounting frame. SOLUTION: A plurality of guide rods 23 connecting longitudinally adjustably a front wheel assembly to an extended housing are arranged in a wheel module 21. A mounting frame 22 is mounted slidably on a vehicle by the guide rods 23, and the horizontal position in relation to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is made adjustable by a spin rod 24. This spin rod 24 is bisected to half portions 25 and 25', and one is assigned to the left wheel module 21 and the other is assigned to the right wheel module 21'. Both half portions 25 and 25' are made relatively rotatable by connecting by a coupling 26. This wheel module 21 is provided with a spindle rod driving portion 27. This configuration helps improve the movement characteristics of a vehicle.
