PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide valve timing change device which can change automatically according to set pattern response time at valve timing control in accordance with rotating phase of housing and vein rotor. SOLUTION: This advance angle oil passage goes astride housing 2 and vein rotor 1, and advance angle oil opening 211, 221 of oil passage 21, 22 at housing 2 side faces oil creek at edge of vein 11, 12. At vein 11 oil creeks 15c, 16a, 17a are provided and at vein 12 oil creeks 15d, 16c, 17b. When vein rotor 1 rotates, opening 211 moves facing field indicated by mark 211a. Then, oil creek connected to opening 211 switches to 15c, 16a, 17a in that order according to rotating phase of housing 2 and vein rotor 1. Same holds true with opening 221. Since fluid resistance in oil creek at side of vein 11, 12 differs according to width of creek, response time changes according to change of creek facing opening 211, 221.
