PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet which enables efficient grinding or coating and high productivity. SOLUTION: A veneer sheet 10 is produced by boning veneer 2 to the surface of a fibrous sheet 1 and the surface of the veneer 2 of the veneer sheet 10 is ground and colored.
