PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a sheet repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure efficiently manifests strength or the like to specific force applied to concrete for covering the defect and weak point of concrete. SOLUTION: The sheet for repairing and reinforcing the concrete structure is not limited particularly when fiber bundles in which known multifilaments are twisted are used as used fiber bundles, fiber themselves are not bonded and are not worked to textile, and a substance in which the fiber bundles are arrayed linearly at specific intervals in one direction is fixed onto one surface of the sheet as a base material by an adhesive layer for temporary fixing. Accordingly, impregnation with an epoxy resin adhesive from one surface of the sheet is facilitated, and bubbles entrained into the sheet in the case of execution are removed easily because of the high air permeability of sheet itself. There is no trouble of spring-up or the like in the case of the execution of a curved surface because sheet itself is not cured in the case of sheet bonding, and strength can be manifested more efficiently than the textile sheet because of linear arrangement of only warp.
