PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface cutting mixing machine capable of easily scooping up cutting remainders or various kinds of coarse and indeterminate form remainders at a low noise by, for example, such as a movable device mounted to a back-hoe to mix, arranging the forms of fragments, miniaturizing a diameter of each of them, homogenizing them, accumulating them and rolling them again. SOLUTION: Indeterminate form remainders are scooped up by an arm attached rotational shaft equipped with a plurality of hard front end section attached rotational arms roughly horizontally pivoted and borne in a cover casing 3 on a pair of bearings capable of being vertically adjusted on both sides, coarse remainder fragments are mixed in the cover casing 3, and the fragments are made to clash and rub against each other during the fragments in the air to form homogenized finish remainders 40 by miniaturizing a diameter as well as the fragments of adjusted grading.
