PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a locking mechanism part capable of easy attaching/ detaching of a valve seat without increasing hollow space volume compared with a conventional art in which the hollow space volume is increased due to the locking mechansim part, in a constant residual pressure valve of a fuel injection device provided with the locking mechanism part between a cylindrical valve holder and the valve seat so as to be attach/detach the valve seat comprising a constant residual pressure holding mechanism part to/from the valve holder. SOLUTION: A hollow space volume can meet a high pressure injection pressure state of a fuel injectin device without increasing the hollow space volume inside a valve chamber 13, by positioning a locking mechanism part further outside the valve chamber 13 than metal seal part 11a constituting a boundary between an outside and an inside of the valve chamber 13. Further, by providing the locking mechanism part to an opening end of a valve holder 11, attaching/detaching of a valve seat 12 can be easily carried out.
