PURPOSE: A method for managing data of a visitor location register(VLR)/home location register(HLR) in a mobile switching system, is provided to store time lastly location-registered with a home location registration system to calculate a difference between the stored time and a present time every originating, and to register the location by the calculation if a specific cycle is exceeded, so that data can be coincident without an error. CONSTITUTION: An access switching processor(ASP) transmits a location registration request message to a location registration processor(LRP)(s11). If the location is not registered or power is turned on, the LRP performs location registration to a home location register(HLR)(s12). The HLR transmits corresponding subscriber information to the LRP(s13). And, the LRP transmits a registration admission message to the ASP to generate the corresponding subscriber information including location-registered time if the corresponding subscriber information is normal(s14). |
