PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings having high heat insulation performance and a high degree of freedom in selecting design and capable of easy replacement after execution without any cost increase. SOLUTION: A sash window serving as fittings is formed by combining a window frame selected out of window frames 2, 3 with a paper screen selected out of paper screens 5, 6, 9 which have different heat insulating performance from each other and the same depth L1. The mounting positions of sealants 25, 26 disposed between the window frames 2, 3 and the paper screens 5, 6, 9 are the same as those of opening/closing mechanism parts fixed to the window frames and the paper screens for opening/closing a sash in the respective paper screens 5, 6, 9. The sash window can be formed by combining the one selected out of the paper screens 5, 6, 9 having different heat insulating performance from each other with the one selected out of the window frames 2, 3 as needed, thus it is possible to improve heat insulating performance and a degree of freedom in selecting design and replace only the paper screen after fittings are constructed, thereby attaining cost reduction. |
