摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially precisely detect the information (peak interval of speed pulse wave) corresponding to the RR interval of an electrocardiogram from pulse waves by differentiating the pulse wave continuously measured for an optional fixed time to calculate a speed pulse wave, and setting the peak interval of the speed pulse wave to the pulse wave RR interval corresponding to the RR interval of the electrocardiogram. SOLUTION: A pulse wave sensor 2 to be mounted on the finger 1 of a human body comprises a light emitting element 3 and a light receiving element 4. The quantity of hemoglobin in a capillary 1a is changed in wave motion form by the wave motion of the blood, and the light absorbed by hemoglobin is also changed in wave motion form. Namely, since the light receiving quantity reflected by the capillary 1a and detected by the light receiving element 4 is changed, the change of the light receiving quantity is outputted to a pulse wave analyzing device as pulse wave information, wherein the pulse wave measured for a fixed time is differentiated to determine a speed pulse wave. The peak of the speed pulse wave to the pulse every beat is determined, the interval between the adjacent peaks is also determined, and a value of the threshold determined from the average value of each peak interval or more is set as the pulse wave interval.
