SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDING AND RECYCLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molding which has printed labels attached thereto and can be recycled to give a high-quality recycled material free from color stain without removing the printed part by printing the body of a synthetic resin molding with an ink containing a sublimable pigment as a colorant. SOLUTION: The surface of the body 1 of a molding made of a synthetic resin is printed with an ink 2 containing a sublimable dye as a colorant to give the objective synthetic resin molding. This synthetic resin molding is recycled by such a method that a synthetic resin molding printed with an ink containing a sublimable dye as a colorant is crushed; the resultant pellets are washed and dried if necessary and then is charged into a vented extruder to be thermally kneaded; and the resultant melt is extruded while the dye is being sublimed and removed by heating under evacuation through the vent. The molding may be one which has a synthetic resin label printed with an ink containing a sublimable dye as a colorant and attached thereto.
