PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of large bending moment in a foundation pile by expecting rigid-coupling strength between the foundation pile and an upper structure to small-to-medium scale earthquakes, while a slippage is generated on a contact interface between the foundation pile and the upper structure for a large-scale earthquake. SOLUTION: A pile-head structure is composed of a pile head member 2, in which an end face 2d in which the center side 2b is formed high to a central axis 2a and the peripheral side 2c is formed low, and a structure support member 4 arranged opposite to the pile head member 2 and having a peripheral wall 4b accepting the top face 2d of the pile head member, while limiting movement in the cross direction at a fixed value or more in an outer periphery.
