PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay the material to be laid for reclamation mainly comprising soil and sand efficiently and adequately. SOLUTION: A laying craft is equipped with a ladder 4 having a first ladder arm 41 assembled in up-down direction to a rotary installation base 40 of a ladder 4 installed rotatably to a ship's hull and a second ladder arm 42 assembled rotatably in the up-down direction relative to the tip side of the first ladder arm 41, a cylindrical laying device 5 assembled tiltably at the tip side of the second ladder arm 42 equipped with an extrusion outlet of a material M for reclamation at the bottom, and a pump device 3 for conveying the material M for reclamation received in a hopper device from the outside of the craft to be sent to the laying device 5 under pressure created by the pump. By this laying craft, the material M to be laid for reclamation can be laid continuously by moving the laying device 5 while locating the extrusion outlet 500 closer to the laying surface B.
