PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant alloy having creep rupture strength sufficient for using as a high temp. strength member excellent in hot workability, weldability and carburizing resistance. SOLUTION: This Ni base heat resistant alloy contains, by mass, <=0.1% C, <=2% Si, <=2% Mn, <=0.005% S, 10 to 25% Cr, 1.5 to <4.5% Al and <=0.08% N and moreover contains one or more kinds among <=0.03% B, <=0.2% Zr and <=0.8% Hf by 0.001 to 1% in total and one or more kinds of Mo and W by 2.5 to 15% in total.
