PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wipe each nozzle suitably with one wiper by providing a wiper blade with a plurality of blade edge parts composed of planar resilient bodies spaced apart spatially from each other. SOLUTION: Upper part of a wiper blade 603 is divided substantially equally into four blade edge parts 603a-603d by means of three cuts c made downward from the upper side. These four blade edge parts 603a-603d are connected, at the lower parts thereof, through a blade base part 606 made of a planar rubber and shaped integrally with the rubber layer 603g of the blade edge parts 603a-603d. The wiper blade 603 is secured to a wiper holding part 604 through the blade base part 606 which is connected with a link mechanism and moved in the sub-scanning direction.
