PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding jig mechanism which can be used for a long time without parts change. SOLUTION: A copper alloy nozzle member 40 is mounted on a tip of a guide shaft 20. The tip of the nozzle member is projected from an end part of the guide shaft 20, and a hollow positioning pin 30 formed of tool steel is passed therethrough. A pin 36 of the hollow positioning pin 30 is projected from a lower end face 44 of the nozzle member 40. A hollow hole 35 inside the hollow positioning pin 30 is connected to a pipe 50 via communication holes 25, 26. A lower end of the hollow hole 35 is communicated with an opening in the lower end face 44 of the nozzle member 40 via a passage 46. When the negative pressure is supplied from the pipe 50, a nut 70 inserted in the pin 36 is sucked and held. No spatter adheres to the nozzle member when the nut 70 is welded to a counter member 100. The pin 36 is formed of tool steel, and is not worn in an early stage by the nut 70.
