Then, when the cylinder mechanism part 23c advances the piston 23b, the liq. 21 flows into a gap part 22 from the flow passage 23a. As a result, the water level of the liq. 21 is raised, and the nozzle 3a is sunk under the liq. surface, thus the drying of the adhesive agent remaining at the nozzle 3a is prevented.
