PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically volatilize liquid with the kinetic energy by accompanying the change in the velocity of a moving body by fitting one end of an elastic wick including a capillary body into a container in which liquid is sealed and connecting the volatilization medium on the other end side of the elastic wick and the elastic wick in such a manner that the liquid is capillaceously movable. SOLUTION: One end of the elastic wick 2 is connected to the container 1 containing the liquid 4 and the other end side of the elastic wick 2 is provided with the volatilization medium 3. The volatilization medium 3 on the other end side of the elastic wick 2 and the elastic wick 2 is connected in such a manner that the liquid is capillaceously movable. The volatilization medium 3 has a relatively wide area and when the medium is installed in air flow, the elastic body and the volatilization medium oscillate and the volatilization of the liquid is promoted. As a result, the volatilization of the liquid, etc., in the container may be automatically promoted by utilizing the kinetic energy by the change in the velocity generated by the movement of the moving body or the kinetic energy by the air flow without requiring electric power, circuit design and the incidental costs of assembling, fabricating, etc., of electronic and electric part items.
