PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid coking at nozzle hole part of injector for in-cylinder injection type 2-stroke engine. SOLUTION: This combustion chamber structure is provided with injector 7 at top part of the chamber 2a, into which fuel is directly injected. Here, scavenging port 5a is opened toward nozzle hole 7a of injector 7. Scavenging flow brought from scavenging port 5a into the engine is blown out toward nozzle hole 7a of injector 7. With this, carbon on and around nozzle hole 7a is cleared, hence prevention of carbon deposit on nozzle hole part of injector 7 can be aimed at.
