PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered body having good dimensional precision and high density and being difficult to be damaged without contaminating the surface with impurity by forming a surface layer composed of a plastic porous body on a base material composed of a plurality of metallic porous bodies. SOLUTION: A cast forming mold is composed of the porous body provided with a casting hole for casting slurry and a pressure control means for controlling the pressure in the cast forming mold. The porous body is composed of the base material consisting of joining body of plural metallic porous bodies and the surface layer compared of the plastic porous body formed on this base material. The metallic porous body is made of the sintered body, and this material is desirable to be stainless steel, titanium and a titanium base alloy, and nickel and a nickel base alloy. The relative density to the true density is desirable to be 60-85% and the average hole diameter is desirable to be >=50μm. The joining body is obtained by welding a plurality of metallic porous bodies. The surface layer is desirable to be 1-20μm average hole diameter and 5-15 mm thickness.
