PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that a set of fishing rod with a reel (a fishing line-winding tool) is usually used on performing a cast fishing, and an action essential for performing the throwing fishing is to stop the line with a finger, but it is troublesome and difficult to stop the line for each throwing with a hand and finger for griping the fishing rod and adjust the timing of releasing the finger at the moment of casting, by attaching a transferable ring in left and right direction at the fishing rod. SOLUTION: This fishing line-operating tool consists of three parts construction of a main shaft attached to a fishing rod, a transferable drum and a ring, and the ring formed as one unit with the transferable drum operates the fishing line by unilizing a centrifugal force caused by the action of the cast fishing.
