PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a degradation in comfortableness and in appearance quality of a seat back in a reclined position. SOLUTION: A base rod 34 having integral child seat anchors 12 is pivotally connected, via a pair of links 36 integral with its ends, to reclining hinge pins 14 (14-1, 14-2). The base rod 34 is also at least synchronously connected to coupling plates 38 and 40 adapted to turn integrally with the reclining hinge pins 14 (14-1, 14-2). The child seat anchors 12 are turnable about the reclining hinge pins 14 (14-1, 14-2) interlocking with the swing motion of the seat back and in corresponding directions.
