PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corset belt equally holding the tightening force of a double corset belt from the inside and outside without generating positional shift and capable of more effectively expecting the fixing and supporting effect due to the tightening of a waist part. SOLUTION: A corset belt is constituted of a hard backrest member 2 having insertion openings 2a permitting the corset belt to insert formed to both side parts thereof and a pair of left and right corset belt bodies 1, 1 inserted in the insertion openings 2a and the corset belt bodies 1, 1 are constituted of a strip like material having stretchability at least in its longitudinal direction and folded back inside and outside at the place of the backrest member 2 and the inside and outside extension parts 1a, 1a, 1b, 1b of a pair of the left and right corset belt bodies 1, 1 bypass both sides of the trunk to be overlapped and joined mutually on the side of the front abdominal region in a stretched and fastened state at the end parts thereof by joining means 4 such as surface fasteners.
