PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform automatically, efficiently and high accurately cutting an end face work of a cylindrical part in a job site by remote work. SOLUTION: This working device, applying cutting work continuously by underwater remote control along a peripheral direction to a peripheral wall of a cylindrical part 2 fixedly set up by placing an axial center vertical, is provided with a fixed frame 5 fixedly set up to a lower part of the cylindrical part 2 and a moving frame 6 mounted in this fixed frame 5 to be lift driven on the coaxial center to the axial center of the cylindrical part 2. The fixed frame 5, having a plurality of legs 7, 8, 9 capable of level adjustment, is constituted with levelness settable in level adjustment by these legs 7, 8, 9 while the moving frame 6 has a plurality of cutting units 13 driven to be turned in the peripheral direction.
