PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the rate at which game balls flowing down the periphery of a variable display device enter a particular winning hole. SOLUTION: A variable display device, a particular winning hole 5 therebelow, and an auxiliary variable display device are disposed in a playing area, the particular winning hole comprising a variable winning device which is convertible between a state disadvantageous to a player and a state advantageous to the player in relation to the stopped state of the result of an auxiliary variable display game. The variable display device comprises: a frame surrounding the peripheral edge of the front face of the variable display part to form a recessed chamber 9a open at the front of the variable display part; a guide hole 11 for causing game balls outside the recessed chamber to flow into the recessed chamber; a plurality of guide passages 13, 14 provided on the lower surface of the inside of the recessed chamber for guiding the game balls that flowed into the recessed chamber to the top of the particular winning hole; and a flow passage changing means 21 provided upstream of the plurality of guide passages for directing the game balls to either of the plurality of guide passages. The plurality of guide passages are adapted to vary the rate at which the game balls enter the particular winning hole when the variable winning device is in the state disadvantageous to the player. |
