PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain portable tissue paper which enables a user to clean the skin while going out, etc,. or emergently carry out the disinfection of a lesion, such as a cut wound or rubbing flaw. SOLUTION: The tissue paper 4 penetrated with the liquid prepared by incorporating chemicals having an antioxidant effect and a mildew-proof effect into an aloe liquid subjected to a boiling treatment is housed into a hermetic bag 1 formed by affixing a freely openable and closable hermetic seal 2 to the surface of a take-out port 3, by which the portable tissue paper 4 contained in the hermetic bag is obtained.
