PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sower capable of sowing a small seed one by one at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: This sower has a hole having the largeness same as that of the seed formed in a rotor 1 in the interior of a cylinder, and the rotor 1 is attached to a prop 1. A TOBO 4 is formed so that two or more seeds may not enter therein in a frame 3, and a prescribed rotation is provided by a knocking-type shaft for rotating the rotor 1 to the rotor 1. The sower also has a discharging opening at the lower part 6.
