PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new pharmaceutical preparation of a quinoline derivative excellent in stability and absorbability in vivo, and useful as an antiallergic agent by compounding an antioxidant, a lubricant and a specific quinoline derivative having a specific crystal form as an active agent. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by compounding (A) an antioxidant, and/or (B) a lubricant, and (C) a quinoline derivative of the formula havingβ-crystal form and/orγ-crystal form as an active ingredient. The amount of addition of the component A is preferably 0.01-100 wt.% based on the component C. The amount of addition of the component B is preferably 0.01-100 wt.% based on the component C. The component C is preferably obtained by recrystallizing from ethanol. Theβ-crystal form and theγ-crystal form of the component C are obtained by removing ethanol after recrystallization through drying under reduced pressure at 0-60 deg.C and 60-100 deg.C, respectively. The preparation is preferably has a form selected from light-resistant capsules or the like.
