PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shaft run-out, effectively rotate a water wheel, and facilitate assembling. SOLUTION: A water pressure rotating device wherein a water wheel 5 in a water wheel chamber S1 is rotated by using water pressure and a rotating shaft 18 is rotated through reduction gears 18a, 19 in a reduction gear chamber S2 in a lower part of the water wheel chamber S1, is provided with a dividing member 6 composing the bottom surface of the water wheel chamber S1 and the top surface of the reduction gear chamber S2, and integrally having a bearing 6g of a water wheel shaft 11 just under a water wheel output gear 5c integrated with the water wheel 5.
